Slice specimens with high precision at a thickness of just a few millimeters! No water used, suitable for salt content analysis specimens too!

The cutting precision is good, and it is possible to cut to a thickness of about a few millimeters. Using oil instead of water for cooling and lubrication during cutting prevents the dilution of salt content in the specimen, so it does not affect the test results, making it ideal for shaping specimens for salt analysis. Additionally, unlike dry cutting, there is no dust generated, eliminating the need for dust collection systems and post-processing efforts.

"Wall sawing" is a method that involves fixing a guide rail to flat surfaces such as walls and floors with anchor bolts, attaching an electric or hydraulic drive unit to that rail, and cutting the target object through the high-speed rotation of a diamond blade and the movement of the drive unit along the rail. It is capable of cutting concrete up to a maximum thickness of 700mm.
